Organized With Style Inc - Room to live your life

About Me and Why I Do It
I started Organized With Style Inc. after many years of helping my friends with their clutter and organizational problems. Finding that I had a knack to turn clutter and disorder into an organized system, I wanted to help more people than just my friends. I will assess you as an individual and find what works best for you. I understand that clutter doesn't happen or go away over night and will help you in letting go of items you have been hanging on to.

Being disorganized can reduce your quality of life, cost you time and money, drain your energy and hurt your self-esteem. Life can bring on many changes over the years. Divorce, downsize and career changes, all of these can effect your organization. These circumstances can add to the overwhelming feeling of too much to handle and organization can take a back seat while disorganization and clutter take over.

Communication
I encourage you to communicate with me and tell me if you are uncomfortable and address any concerns you may have. Sometimes it can feel like we are changing too much too quickly or you feel stressed and overwhelmed. You should feel comfortable enough to stop and share your feelings or take a break. I want to make the process as painless as possible for you.  Whatever your situation, it could take a day or several days, we will work at your pace.

Understanding The Process
Understanding that the process is ongoing  is half the battle, getting organized doesn’t always happen overnight depending on your situation. Some of the changes will be immediate and obvious; while personal changes within you will happen over time. Getting organized is about making little changes in the way you do things, in your habits, and most of all in the way you think and feel about the things you own.

We can start small and as you see yourself succeed we can move on to more challenging areas. I will never dispose of an item without your permission or push you to give up something you truly want to keep, however I will encourage you to part with items you no longer need or use.

Your Memories
Going through your things, memories and experiences can prompt emotional reactions. It is important to feel and let go of these emotions in order to move on. You can feel comfortable about sharing your stories as part of working through this process so that you can let things go.

Messy Is The Name Of The Game
Larger organizing projects can’t always be completed in a single session. It can look worse before it gets better. For some projects you may have extra boxes and containers in your home between sessions, but once everything is gone through, the fun part of putting everything away and seeing the final result will begin. Keep in mind with any type of improvement, the end result will be worth the wait. Hanging in there until the project is complete will ensure you get the results you want.
